Military Resources

1. MFLCs (Military Family Life Counselors) are available on most installations, even our overseas locations. They provide non-medical counseling at no cost to you. They do not have a centralized website but if you contact your installation's Military and Family Support Center they will be able to provide you with phone numbers and more information about the program. This program does not allow its counselors to diagnose, submit progress notes, treatment plans, etc., to prevent a paper trail from being created.

2. Military OneSource provides brief (up to 12 sessions) non-medical counseling at no cost to you.

3. Centerstone connects you with licensed professionals serving your area, and pays the invoice on your behalf for brief (up to 12 sessions) counseling for military personnel and their families.
